Ali Fischbein Joins Unicorn as Talent Manager to Shape Creator Careers

Unicorn, the hybrid content studio and talent management firm co-founded by Scott Dunn and Chris Gera, has made a strategic hire by bringing on Ali Fischbein as Talent Manager.
Founded earlier this year, Unicorn was created to help digital creators transition from short-form platforms like TikTok and Instagram into premium YouTube programming. In her new role, Fischbein will manage a roster of creators, focusing on long-term career development, intellectual property (IP) creation, and brand partnerships.
Fischbein’s background is firmly rooted in comedy, giving her a unique ability to identify and nurture talent from the early stages. Her move to talent management comes after her role at Live Nation, where she supported the comedy touring division, gaining vital experience in booking, artist relations, and scaling live comedy acts.
She began shaping the New York comedy scene in 2020 by founding Lil Fish Comedy, organizing intimate pandemic-era shows to raise funds for the Sixth Street Community Center. Her influence expanded through producing Creators to Watch in 2024 at the New York Comedy Festival, and Mark Normand’s Good Eggs at New York Comedy Club, as well as events at venues like Gramercy Theater, Casa Cipriani, and Spring Place.
Fischbein has worked with renowned comedians such as Jim Gaffigan, Ronny Chieng, Shane Gillis, Josh Johnson, Dave Attell, and Ilana Glazer. She also contributed to comedy specials like Ari Shaffir’s Jew and America’s Sweetheart on Netflix, and played a major role in shaping Bilt Rewards’ comedy marketing campaign, producing neighborhood-based live shows across the U.S.
Her insight into how digital platforms are reshaping stand-up careers led her to join Unicorn, where she aims to support creators and comedians in transforming their online presence into sustainable, emotionally resonant storytelling.

Fischbein said, “There’s so much digital spam, so getting to work with real talent to use these platforms smartly — growing their audience and connecting it to live shows and long-form IP — is the most exciting part. Unicorn is the perfect place for that. Scott and Chris truly understand both the creative and business sides, and have built strong infrastructure for long-term success.”
Scott Dunn, co-founder of Unicorn, stated, “The role of a talent manager has evolved. Creators now need brand builders, business strategists, and content operators. Ali has proven her ability to execute under pressure and is highly respected in the creator economy.”
Unicorn’s mission to help creators build sustainable IP-driven businesses has already produced two original YouTube series — The Chicken Show and The Daddy Academy — with three more underway. Notable digital creators on Unicorn’s roster include Niko Emanuilidis, Maxine the Fluffy Corgi, Johnny Novo, and Old Jewish Men.
