France’s Elevate Management Rebrands as Elev8on, Signs Jamie Chung & Launches AI Talent Tool at Venice

As the Venice Film Festival kicks off, Paris-based Elevate Management has unveiled a major rebrand to Elev8on Management while also announcing two big moves: the signing of actress Jamie Chung for European representation and the launch of an AI-powered talent assessment tool aimed at reshaping U.S.–Europe industry negotiations.
Rebrand & Vision
According to CEO Florence Lamy and President Daniel Blanc, the shift to Elev8on reflects a push toward a more global, data-driven positioning. The “8” is meant to symbolize continuous growth, a transatlantic bridge, and infinite potential. The agency already has offices in Paris, London, Miami (sports division), and New York.
Jamie Chung Joins Roster
Jamie Chung (Lovecraft Country, Dexter: New Blood, Big Hero 6) joins Elev8on’s European roster, which already includes Megan Fox, Djimon Hounsou, Clara McGregor, Evangeline Lilly, Holt McCallany, Stephen Manas, and Avani Gregg. Chung, represented in the U.S. by Gersh, 3 Arts Entertainment, and Morris Yorn Barnes Levine, will see her European career expanded across film, TV, and fashion.
Pulse by Elev8on: AI for Talent Valuation
The centerpiece of Elev8on’s announcement is Pulse by Elev8on, an AI tool designed to calculate an “Impact Score” — a measure of how American talent resonates specifically within the European market.
The system aggregates factors like:
-
Digital presence & search trends
-
European media visibility
-
Industry recognition
-
Cultural resonance across territories

The aim is to provide a clear, objective, and actionable score that agencies, producers, and financiers can use to make informed casting and deal-making decisions.
Lamy and Blanc argue that American box office results and U.S. cultural influence don’t always translate effectively to Europe, leading to misaligned valuations. With Pulse, they hope to:
-
Give U.S. managers a reliable, data-driven map of European potential.
-
Help European producers and financiers validate casting choices and investments.
-
Create a common negotiation language between U.S. talent and European markets.
Industry First
With this launch, Elev8on positions itself as the first European management company to combine traditional representation with a data-driven talent strategy. The agency is actively promoting the tool at Venice, where it expects to meet with a high number of U.S. agents and managers.
