Mickey Lee became the latest houseguest evicted from Big Brother 27 during Thursday night’s episode. In an exclusive exit interview with Just Jared, she opened up about her surprising elimination, her thoughts on Rachel Reilly’s shocking exit, the viral clip of Ava Pearl celebrating her loss, and clarified her controversial “equality” comment.
On Rachel Reilly’s Sudden Exit
Mickey admitted she was stunned to see Rachel Reilly evicted through a competition rather than the traditional nomination and Veto process. “I’m just as shocked as everyone else,” she said. “I think Rachel deserved the right to go out on votes. That’s what shocked me the most.”
Clarifying the “Equality” Quote
In a previous interview, Mickey was quoted saying Rachel didn’t embody “equality.” She explained further: “I didn’t know Rachel’s legendary status before the house. I treated her like everyone else, woman to woman. Others were praising her like royalty, and maybe she didn’t like that. But I still care about her and think she’s a great person.”
On Ava Pearl’s Celebration
A viral clip showed Ava Pearl appearing to celebrate after Mickey’s Block Buster loss. Mickey clarified she didn’t see it live: “I saw it later on the feeds. Honestly, I wasn’t surprised. Ava is fun, but she made it clear who she didn’t like in the house. I was part of that group. Still, I’ll never talk badly about her.”

Was Mickey Shocked by Her Eviction?
Despite being a frequent house target, Mickey confessed the eviction still surprised her. “I knew I was a threat, but I thought I had at least three votes. To only get one — that’s what shocked me the most.”
Mickey leaves the Big Brother 27 house with her head held high, emphasizing kindness and authenticity, even amid drama and blindsides.
