Panasonic Enhances LUMIX S1 Cameras with ARRI LogC3 and New Features
If you’re a Panasonic LUMIX shooter currently using (or planning to use) popular full-frame models like the S1RIII, S1II, or S1IIE, the latest firmware updates are essential.
These updates introduce a range of new features and recording formats that significantly enhance the shooting experience.
Key highlights include new frame aspect ratio options, focus stacking, and improved recognition for dynamic movements such as skateboarding. The standout feature is the addition of ARRI LogC3, enabling color matching with ARRI’s digital cinema cameras.
Note that ARRI LogC3 requires a DMW-SFU3A Software Upgrade Key, sold separately, but the other updates are equally exciting.
