Big Brother 27 Episode 12 Recap: Rylie Wins HOH as House Divides After Adrian’s Eviction

Big Brother 27 kicked off its fourth week with a new Head of Household, shifting the dynamics after a tense 8-4 eviction vote that saw Adrian Rocha leave the Hotel Mystère. With outgoing HOH Lauren Domingue unable to compete and the house splintering into factions, tensions are running high — and Rylie Jeffries‘s big win promises serious fallout.

Where Things Stand After Adrian’s Exit

The Adrian eviction vote revealed a brewing divide:

  • Katherine, Keanu, Kelley, and Rylie voted to evict Will Williams,

  • The remaining eight houseguests went with Adrian, creating distrust.

Zach and Vince, who were aligned with the losing side, chose to flip their votes late, citing a desire to avoid forcing Lauren into a tiebreaker. But that “cowardly cop out” didn’t sit well with their supposed allies. Keanu called it out directly, while Kelley declared her final two deal with Vince officially dead.

The cracks deepened as Katherine, Rylie, and Kelley began to question where true loyalty lies in the house, especially with Keanu, who has yet to break a promise.

Week 4 HOH Competition: Killer Carnival

This week’s HOH competition, called “Killer Carnival,” tested strategy, speed, and alliances in three elimination rounds.

Round 1:

  • Houseguests split into three groups of four, leaving Kelley to automatically advance.

  • Keanu’s team (Keanu, Vince, Rylie, Katherine) won.

  • Keanu eliminated: Will, Ashley, Morgan, and Mickey Lee, taking out some serious threats — and notably, removing Mickey’s chance to use her HOH Interrogation power (again).

Round 2:

  • The remaining players formed three groups of three.

  • Rylie’s team (Rylie, Zach, Jimmy) won, eliminating the rest — including Keanu, Rachel, and Vince, narrowing the power shift window.

Final Round:

What Rylie’s Win Means

Rylie’s victory is a massive boost for the now-minority group that lost Adrian last week. With Lauren, Vince, Zach, and others in his crosshairs, Rylie has plenty of options for revenge nominations — and Kelley has already vowed not to volunteer for the block again.

Meanwhile, all eyes are on Mickey Lee, who still hasn’t used her secret power, and may now be running out of time to flip the game in her favor.
