Ginger Minj Reflects on Winning RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars 10 and What’s Next

After Ginger Minj was crowned the winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars 10, she couldn’t resist biting into her sparkling scepter—though it didn’t exactly satisfy her taste buds. “It’s like chewing on tinfoil—those little zings through your teeth,” she shared with Gold Derby. “I accidentally bit a rhinestone and spent an hour picking out glass shards.”
Despite the win, the 39-year-old comedy queen from Orlando admits the reality still hasn’t sunk in. “The viewing party was Friday night, and everything afterward was a blur. I woke up, looked at the crown and scepter, and thought, ‘Oh, wow, I really won.’ It feels amazing—and strange—because now I’m wondering: what’s next?”
To commemorate her Drag Race journey, Ginger has a dedicated tattoo, which she plans to complete. “It started during Season 7, and I’ve added to it each season. I’ll now include six stars for All Stars 6 and add a crown and scepter to mark this win.”
Often regarded as one of the best queens never to win, Ginger is thrilled to leave that list—and she has high hopes for others. “I want Peppermint to win so badly. She’s such a star both on and off Drag Race. And Jujubee absolutely deserves a crown. They’re two of my favorite people.”
Ginger embraced this season’s Tournament-style format, which divided the 18 contestants into three brackets. “It felt like preliminary pageants, which reminded me of my early days in the drag pageant world.”
She recalls being shocked watching Bracket 2, where Mistress Isabelle Brooks and Jorgeous resorted to trickery. “They didn’t tell the rest of us what happened—we found out when the episodes aired. It was shady. Yes, it made for good TV, but playing mind games doesn’t sit right with me.”
Regarding her supposed “feud” with Mistress, Ginger says it was entirely one-sided. “I didn’t realize how much I got under her skin until I watched it. Funny enough, we actually get along really well outside the show.”

When facing online haters, Ginger applies the same strategy: “I focus on positivity and what’s ahead. Let the monsters eat themselves—I’ll just keep doing what I do best.”
Speaking to her loyal fanbase, Ginger emphasized, “This crown isn’t just mine—it belongs to those who’ve stood by me since day one. Over ten years, I’ve grown, struggled, shared everything, and that’s created a spiritual connection with my fans.”
She also praised her runner-up, Jorgeous. “She’s only 24 but ready to take over the world. I represent one style of drag, and she represents the opposite—but together, we show the best of what drag can offer. If she comes back, I’ll always be in her corner.”
All episodes of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars 10 are available on Paramount+. The Drag Race franchise scored 10 Emmy nominations in 2025, including Best Competition Series and Best Reality Host for RuPaul.
