Josh Duhamel Stars as Hitman Tommy Ward in Action-Packed London Calling Trailer

Josh Duhamel is blasting himself out of an incredibly dangerous corner in the debut trailer for London Calling. The film marks a crime caper reunion for the leading man and director Allan Ungar, who previously collaborated on the 2022 biographical film, Bandit. Supported by a strong cast including Rick Hoffman (Suits), Aidan Gillen (Game of Thrones), and Jeremy Ray Taylor (It), the explosive trailer teases Duhamel’s latest foray into the action genre as a disgraced hitman named Tommy Ward.
The name “Tommy Ward” echoes throughout the trailer, introducing audiences to the assassin’s legendary reputation. However, after a hit-gone-wrong, Tommy is forced to flee from London to Los Angeles. Now, desperate to return to England, Tommy seeks help from his old friend Benson (Hoffman). But there’s a catch: Tommy must train Benson’s son, Julian (Taylor), in the deadly arts. Together, they embark on a globe-trotting mission, ticking off hits while rekindling Julian’s passion for the industry.
Besides directing, Allan Ungar co-wrote the screenplay for London Calling with Omer Levin Menekse and Quinn Wolfe. This film marks Ungar’s return to feature-length directing after producing Yuval Adler’s 2023 psychological thriller Sympathy for the Devil.
